About Design Thinking Training
At the end of last year, I attended a Design Thinking training with Milovan Dekić and Marko Jevtić, alongside a fantastic group of people from various companies.
What impressed me most was the realization of how much our thinking is based on assumptions, how important it is to be aware of them, and regularly test them.
Design Thinking has changed the way I look at my everyday life and inspired me to frequently test my ideas before moving into implementation. It has also helped me in my work with teams and fulfilled my desire to focus more on user problems before, as engineers, we jump into solving them. Thank you, “Talks & Folks,” for this wonderful opportunity and organization!

About an inspiring lecture “The world of extreme responsibility”
One of the most valuable days we had within the development program.
The inspiring lecture gathered the top and middle management, including all members of the Executive Board, and the impressions were fantastic. Instead of usual comments, we only heard one question: “When will we have something like this again?”
The lecturers have left a strong impression of charisma, authenticity and the way they transferred messages that drive thinking and personal change. Throughout the day, full attention was required – without a phone, a break or fatigue, and what, given the dynamics of our business, I am a challenge by itself.
Participants left the lecture empowered, motivated and grateful.
Many continued the day to review their approach to work, ready to introduce concrete changes and which was one of the main goals of this activity.

About Design Thinking Training
“How can I tackle serious topics in a creative and fun way? How can I shake things up for the people around me? How can I inspire them to take action without explicitly telling them what to do?”
These are just some of the questions that, after the Design Thinking training, became easier to answer and address.
The clear phases, steps, techniques, and principles, along with working on concrete examples, strengthened my Design Thinking mindset and allowed me to systematically spread it further within my team. Although it’s called Design Thinking, it’s only after the “design doing” part that you can see and feel the change.

About LEGO Metropolis Workshop
Lego Metropolis workshop was a great opportunity to make members of the operational jobs, many of whom have not previously known each other, introduce themselves in a creative and relaxed way. Through the game and joint creation of Lego city, talks opened spontaneously and we exchanged different experiences and perspectives. The workshop showed us how natural the connection can be when it takes place through fun, in a bright and inspiring atmosphere of full laughter, which further encouraged the feeling of community. This experience has left a very positive impression on our employees and opened the door even better communication in the future.

About LEGO Metropolis Workshop
We had the pleasure of working with Talks and Folks on the organization Tim Bielding Activities for our team marketing and sales. The LEGO workshop was a different experience from the standard team bilding activities – innovative, dynamic, fun and returned us to childhood. We helped us further strengthen excellent cooperation between colleagues, we promote communication and team spirit. The great atmosphere encouraged creative thinking and exchanging ideas among participants who took a hill of motivation and good mood from the workshop.
