‘Unique and Important‘ is a mentorship program designed for women in business from Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro. This year-long program includes six meetings in which participants, through joint work, advance their careers through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and experience exchange.
The goal of the program is to empower women and promote the concept of women’s leadership. The program is carried out by mentors and leaders from Hemofarm STADA and STADA GIS, with the support of Talks and Folks.

Mentorship for women
Through individually tailored work with mentors, you will explore the following topics:

- What key qualities are necessary for developing a successful career?
- How to bend but not break (Resilience at work)?
- How can I influence my development path in the company?
- How to maintain a balance between work and private life?
- How can I promote the values of diversity and inclusion in the workplace?
You, as future mentees, are entrepreneurs or employees, and have more than 4-10 years of work experience. We are not interested in the industries you come from, as we welcome the diversity you bring! Through mentoring, we will find the best way to deliver the value that will accompany you in your further career development.
