Navigating the
AI Hype Cycle
How can AI be used in practice while understanding where the real value lies and where it is just hype?
Step into a world where technology works for you
Generative AI is changing the rules of the game — we are no longer just passive users of technology. Today, each of us, from CEO to intern, can become a creator, an analyst, and a power user capable of developing concrete solutions for real challenges.
However, hype, technical jargon, and exaggerated marketing claims often create confusion.
In this workshop, you will learn how to navigate all phases of the AI Hype Cycle, recognize the real value of AI tools, and apply them immediately in your work.
Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is designed for anyone who wants AI to stop being a mystery and become a powerful tool in their work. It is ideal for:
Business professionals who want to apply generative AI in their everyday tasks and projects.
Teams and managers who want to improve decision-making and reduce risk through the strategic use of AI tools.
Anyone who wants to become an AI power user, rather than just a passive user of technology.
Innovative individuals who want to develop their own solutions and creative approaches using AI.
By the end of the workshop, participants will not only understand the tools — they will know how to apply them in the real world and create measurable results.
What will you gain from this workshop?
Practical skills — how to start using AI tools in your work immediately.
A deeper understanding of AI — why models work the way they do and how to recognize biases.
Working with real models — ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, and others through practical examples.
Power User mindset — become a user who knows how to extract real value from AI.
Measurable results — learn how to strategically apply AI to create real value for your team and organization.
Key workshop topics
- The origin of knowledge in LLM models — how models generate content, where their “knowledge” comes from, and why they sometimes “hallucinate.”
- Safety and systemic biases — how model training and parameters influence results, how to recognize limitations, and how to set appropriate boundaries.
- Strategic communication and influence — how models can mislead, satisfy, or persuade us, and how to recognize this in order to obtain honest and useful results.
4. Limits of imagination — conceptual vs. empirical — why models struggle with physical reality, spatial reasoning, and verifiable facts.
5. Model differentiation — how to identify the key differences between major LLM models and choose the right tool for the right business challenge.
