At the end of last year, I attended a Design Thinking training with Milovan Dekić and Marko Jevtić, alongside a fantastic group of people from various companies.
What impressed me most was the realization of how much our thinking is based on assumptions, how important it is to be aware of them, and regularly test them.
Design Thinking has changed the way I look at my everyday life and inspired me to frequently test my ideas before moving into implementation.
