Implementing Internal
Mentorship Programs

Mentorship is today recognized as an important and indispensable way of developing people within companies.
In many studies, mentorship has proven to be one of the key factors for the successful development of organizations, as well as one of the two best tools for developing leaders within organizations.

When it happens within a company, mentorship is a process where a mentor (a person who possesses relevant knowledge and experience) and a mentee (a person who wants to develop professionally) work together to map the mentee’s development areas and discover their abilities, talents, and skills, within a defined and predetermined time frame.

For companies that recognize the value of knowledge sharing, we provide services for implementing internal mentorship programs within companies. Regardless of whether you want to form a mentoring process from scratch or systematize the informal mentoring that is already taking place within teams, our turnkey program allows you to do so in the most effective way.

Our role is to support you in the processes of preparation, implementation, and the final activities that mentorship programs entail.

The program is structured to include education for participants, the process of pairing mentor-mentee pairs, and follow-up activities.

We provide training for mentors and a workshop for mentees, as well as a specially created mentorship manual for all program participants, which contains the necessary knowledge and guidelines for a successful mentorship process.

Based on the developmental needs of the participants, which are previously defined, and with our expertise, we provide pairing of mentor-mentee pairs (in cooperation with your HR). You can count on our active engagement in organizing follow-up activities – mentoring events, workshops, and/or conferences.

Our service includes:

  • Creating a project concept and activities – defining the duration of the mentorship program, the number and structure of participants, desired goals, etc.

  • Creating forms and manuals for participants

  • Conducting training for mentors, as well as a workshop for mentees

  • Pairing mentor-mentee pairs

  • Organizing and conducting follow-up activities

  • Support in the work of mentor-mentee pairs and any challenges

  • Support in organizing and conducting a final conference for all participants

Benefits of the program:

  • Achieving multiple effects – transfer of experience, knowledge, networking among colleagues, better mutual understanding of functions

  • The best ratio of investment and results

  • The most efficient way of learning

  • Sustainability of knowledge acquired during the program

  • Full support provided throughout the mentorship program
