We had the pleasure of collaborating with the Talks and Folks agency at the end of last year to organize team-building activities for our marketing and sales team. The LEGO workshop was a different experience from standard team-building activities – innovative, dynamic, fun, and it took us back to childhood. It helped us to further strengthen the excellent cooperation among colleagues, improve communication, and team spirit. The great atmosphere encouraged creative thinking and the exchange of ideas among participants, who left the workshop with a lot of motivation and good mood. We are very grateful to the excellent team of facilitators who easily managed a large number of participants, making the largest LEGO workshop in Serbia a success!

Lego Metropolis workshop was a great opportunity to make members of the operational jobs, many of whom have not previously known each other, introduce themselves to a creative and relaxed way. Through the game and joint creation of Lego city, talks opened spontaneously and exchanged different experiences and perspectives. The workshop showed us how natural the connection can be when it takes place through fun, in a bright and inspiring atmosphere of full laughter, which further encouraged the feeling of community. This experience has left a very positive impression on our employees and opened the door even better communication in the future.
