Managing Change in the Age
of Digital Darwinism
How do organizations evolve or disappear in the digital era?
The digital age doesn’t require adaptation — it requires evolution.
In today’s dynamic world, where digital technologies are advancing faster than ever and the boundaries between industries are becoming increasingly blurred, businesses need innovation more than ever.
The intensity and complexity of change often exceed companies’ ability to keep up, leaving them torn between rapidly changing customer behavior and deeply rooted organizational inertia.
The workshop “Managing Change in the Age of Digital Darwinism” gives participants the opportunity to confront the challenges of change and develop practical tools to successfully navigate them. The focus is on embracing change as an inevitable and positive process, through inspiring lectures, interactive exercises, and simulations of real-life situations.
