How do elite athletes stay focused under pressure?
How do they build trust, make split-second decisions, and remain committed to a common goal?
The “Black Belt Games” workshop offers a unique opportunity to transfer the principles of elite sport into the business environment. Through dynamic exercises, team challenges, and the practical application of karate philosophy, participants develop mental resilience, focus, adaptability, and collaboration skills.
The programme is led by Roksanda Atanasov, one of Serbia’s most successful athletes, who has developed an approach throughout her career and work with champions that connects the psychological and physical principles of karate with the challenges of modern business.
The workshop combines movement, team interaction, and experiential learning, creating an environment in which participants actively explore how to build trust, stability, and a winning mindset – both individually and as a team.
